September 23, 24 & 25/18 – Fredericton, New Brunswick and Truro, Nova Scotia – Its All Relative

Canada is the 2nd largest country in the world, covering 9.98 million square kilometers (3.85 million square miles).  After driving some 7,100 km in 23 days, we arrived in Truro for a short stay with my older brother and his wife. We had no sooner walked in the door, when we were advised that their three boys and their families were going to show up to see us, during our stay. This is the same treatment we got in Manitoba from our family there and in Fredericton from Bill and Marilyn’s grandchildren Anaya and James.

We were gobsmacked that they would all go out of there way to see us 2 old people. Some of them were there on both days, despite their hectic work schedules. We were honored and enjoyed catching up on their lives and careers. We encouraged them to come our way one day.
