Jasper – Talbot Lake

A beautiful spot shortly after entering Jasper National Park, where you can stretch your eyes across the shining aqua expanse to the far mountain ranges. On the right day and at the right time, the views and photos are spectacular. I was very fortunate to get one photo in particular on a sunny September afternoon in 2014 (feature photos). The skies were clear and there was no heat haze. This photo now graces our friend’s home and I am honoured by this.

Alas, on this trip, neither the weather nor the season was quite right. Here are a few pix from our June 2018 visit.
